The MOTHERS AND BABIES Program at Newtonbrook United Church is a 10 week program for mothers and their babies from birth to one year. It is a time to meet other parents, sing songs with your baby, share information and ask questions. In each session information is provided and there is a discussion of relevant parenting issues on topics such as feeding, safety, parents’ needs, child development and always the big one – sleeping! Also every week parents work with their babies to make a toy from simple things found around the house. Especially fun is your baby’s first finger painting, made with coloured pudding!

The programs are held in the Fellowship Room of Newtonbrook United Church on Friday mornings or afternoons, led by experienced leaders. Please check our on-line calendar to see when the next program will be held.
